Now is the time to connect these concepts and integrate them inside MetaX repository. ![[Pasted image 20230708133214.png|Figure 1: MetaX Framework]] MetaX repository encapsulating CIEL symbols and integrating alternative InfoSymbols **MetaSymbols** are categorized in dependency of symbol semantics. SymbolCategory ID, Symbols Language ID and Symbol ID are uniquely identifying each symbol representing CIEL semantic based objects (stored in MetaX repository). - Symbol Category: uses semantic categories aligned with selected ontology - Symbol: describes semantically categorized symbol for selected language - Symbol Language: is list of available symbol representation in different languages **InfoSymbolism** targets SymbolCategory IDs and Symbol IDs as symbol identifications and creates collections of symbols (Symbols Sets) focused on visualization alternatives for default symbols. - Symbol Set: there might be unlimited variations of each symbol representation. These variations are distributed as symbol sets - Symbol: mirrors Symbol entity at MetaSymbol (above). Inherited structure enables inclusion of symbol variations with the symbol sets. ![[Pasted image 20230708133343.png|Figure 2: Symbols representing MetaSystem element via identified Semantic ID]] Integration between MetaX and InfoSymbolism starts at MetaSystem level by extension of Semantic ID into Symbol object. “Symbol” object is referenced by “Symbol Address” to current location of Symbol image. Symbol Language distinction enables to see particular Ecosystem Model through different lenses. This is useful for various phases of Cloud Service lifecycle as well as for different target audience. ![[Pasted image 20230708133413.png|Figure 3: Alternative Symbols changing perception for selected Symbol ID]] #MetaSymbols uses Symbol ID as a unique identifier of each symbol. This ID is used in InfoSymbolism as equal identifier for all Symbols together with SymbolSet ID, so each Symbol can have unlimited variations (alternatives). Symbol Sets can be created by various authors (artists). Each Symbol Set is further described by additional parameters such as Author , Version etc. --- In next article, we will focus on symbol categorization example and visualization of Cloud Ecosystem represented by selected symbol set. ## Related to [[What is CIEL and why do we need Ecosystem Language today]]
