![[photo-1635070041078-e363dbe005cb.jpg]] The Cloud Social Influence Model [CSIM] is a method, which shows crowd power level from different standpoints, diversified by influence orientation and network segmentation. This model is part of SPHERES Methodology - SocioSystem domain. ![[Pasted image 20230709110317.png|Figure 1: Cloud Social Influence Model CSIM]] CSIM is constructed from three windows connected together, each window represent different type of network and orientation. Windows are constructed from 4 power meters: - Man Power – is focused on overall amount of physical bodies involved in networks and communities (world of atoms), structured by network type - Vote Power – is focused on overall vote calculation and is derived from Man Power (world of bites) - Influence Power – is oriented on communities (Business, Industry, Social) - Execution Power – is oriented on Influence groups (Enterprise, Outsourcing, Crowdsourcing) Networks holds different structures of man power connected to vote power: - Business Network – Leaders, Managers, Employees - Industry Network – Leaders, Contractors, Partners - Social Network – Leaders, Communities, Users ## Man Power ![[Pasted image 20230709110358.png|Figure 2: Power and Value legends]] The Power meter is described in detail at diagram above. Power legend shows calculation of power sources (based on CSIM Scorecards, with simple example and predefined scorecards (below) constants. ![[Pasted image 20230709110417.png|Figure 3: Man Power - scorecards]] Power Meter has four major values: - Total Predicted Power – forecasted value based on growth factors - Current Power Capacity – contains calculated value based on capacity factors - Power Sources – identified and calculated based on CSIM scorecards - Power Value – calculated as overall amount of physical bodies (atom world) or votes (bit world) ## Vote Power Vote Power adds Time aspect into Man Power and is characterized as “Current power Capacity” of “Man Power” * “Network Business Hours”. Network Business Hours are calculated as Network Operational Time – Network Maintenance Time (Not Active Status). ## Execution Power The Calculation of Execution Power is divided into two major methods driven by network categorization factors and personal factors. ![[Pasted image 20230709111504.png|Figure 4: Execution Power = calculation method]] Personal Factors are driven by Maslow’s hierarchy of need and connected Information Pyramid of Information. Personal Factors might be measurable by many methods; we just picked some factor types to show overall alignment about any selected method and our pyramids of need and motivation (Overall personal growth, Knowledge, Entertainment). Execution calculation should be spread out by Network Type, so we can calculate Value of each network (Business, Industry, and Social) separately. ![[Pasted image 20230709111522.png|Figure 5: Network / Execution Calculation Method]] Calculation method is divided into quantifiable calculations and quality related scorecards (below), which will give us overall Network / Execution Power value. This Value is separated by execution type and Network type. ![[Pasted image 20230709111543.png|Figure 6: Execution Power - scorecards]] ## Influence Power Detection of overall Influence status is based on calculated influence factors (Vote Power, Influence Power, Man Power and Execution Power) , depicted at diagram below. ![[Pasted image 20230709111607.png|Figure 7: Influence legend and status orientation]] Overall Influence Orientation: - Balanced Influence – Man and Vote power are actual, influence is evenly distributed per network - Atom Oriented - Man power is predominant, Vote power is lower, orientation to physical world - Bits Oriented – Vote power is predominant, Man power is not relevant, synergy community effect - Governance Oriented – Execution Power is predominant - Social Oriented – Social Influence Power is predominant --- Application of CSIM model is open to interpretation and wide variety of factors not originally incorporated into conceptual CSIM calculation model. However, this model might serve as a foundational concept for visual / graphical representation (with associated calculations) of ecosystem patterns (specifically in SocioSystems). Structurally, it should be custom-designed for ecosystem purpose, embracing dynamic nature of shifting social power within all networks (business / industry / social) regardless of SocioSystem maturity and structure. ## Related to [[SPHERES and Social Management - Introduction]] [[World Spheres]]
